Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the RitualVana iOS app and the ritualvana.com website (the “Services”). These pages are operated by the operator of ritualvana.com. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of ritualvana.com. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

This page is a plain-language EULA-style description for the website. It is not legal advice and has not been certified by counsel. Purchases in the iOS app are also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA).

1. What RitualVana is

RitualVana is a ritual studio for personal intention and reflection: you name a practice, follow guided steps, then close as completed, partial, adapted, postponed, or skipped. Content is wellness-oriented and educational. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, therapy, or a substitute for professional care. It is not fortune-telling, not predictive certainty, and not streak-pressure habit coaching. You are responsible for decisions you make.

2. Eligibility

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction (or have a parent or guardian’s consent where required). The Services are not directed to children under 13.

3. License and acceptable use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the iOS app (as downloaded from the App Store) and this website. You agree not to copy or reverse-engineer the app except as allowed by law, interfere with the Services, use them unlawfully, or present RitualVana as medical, therapeutic, or guaranteed outcomes.

4. Your content

Rituals, reflections, and Ask questions you enter stay on your device by default. You are responsible for what you write. Optional Premium iCloud sync, if you turn it on, uses your private iCloud as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your practice notes.

5. In-app purchases

RitualVana may be used without a subscription (one active ritual and a complete practice loop). Optional Premium features are sold as auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple (StoreKit). Current US reference prices published on this website: $6.99 per month and $54.99 per year. Apple shows the live price, period, and auto-renew terms on the paywall before you purchase. Payment, billing, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms and the Standard EULA. Manage subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Restore purchases from Profile in the app.

We do not receive your full payment card number. Website prices are a US reference and may differ by territory. Apple’s paywall is authoritative.

6. Apple

The app is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple is not a party to these website Terms and is not responsible for the Services except as required by Apple’s own rules. RitualVana is an iOS app; we do not currently offer an Android app, Apple Watch app, or Mac app.

7. Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Insights and Ask are grounded in what you log; they are not professional advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Mandatory consumer protections in your country still apply.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
